Gustav V. G. Rafn

Gustav is bringing a blend of business acumen and consulting expertise.

With an academic background from Copenhagen Business School and experience in business development, he has helped more than 7 companies implement their CRM and sales strategy.

He has a focus on professional services - accounting, financial, banking and law-companies. He personally has generated more than 1.2 mio. DKK in recurring revenue (ARR) in companies like Radiant, Baker Tilly, Omnia Discovery and more.

Carl-Christian L. G. Rafn

Carl-Christian is an experienced salesman with a deep understanding for sales and strategy. He began his career in outbound sales at 16 and hasn’t looked back since.

In 2023 alone, he personally generated 2.6 million DKK in revenue for one company and played a key role in helping his team sell 1.2 million DKK more than the previous year, by implementing structure and automation into the processes.

His success comes from creating simple yet effective sales strategies that really work. His passion for sales drives him to constantly improve and achieve great results.
And yes - Carl-Christian and Gustav are brothers.

Simon Heinemann

Simon Heinemann is a sales professional with a proven track record in generating substantial revenue for leading organizations. In his role at TransferRoom, a global sports tech company, Simon achieved an impressive 3.5 million DKK in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within just 12 months, showcasing his strategic expertise.

In Simon’s previous job, he managed CRM for the whole sales department and customer success team.

Finally, Simon is a graduate of Copenhagen Business School in communication and economics.
